Hi there, I’m glad you’re here.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing individual therapy to adults in Maine. I specialize in using EMDR to help you heal from past hurts and improve your current life.
Seeking therapy can be a scary step for a lot of people. If you are in pain, if you want to change, if you just feel like things could be better—please reach out. We all deserve help and support.
Therapy Services
I’m a EMDR Certified Therapist™ through EMDRIA.™ This process included completing over 100-hours of advanced EMDR training, education, and supervision.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, evidence-based technique proven to help individuals process distressing memories, reduce the emotional charge tied to trauma, and promote lasting recovery. Whether you're navigating the aftermath of a recent difficult event or working to manage PTSD symptoms, our work together can help you reclaim peace, purpose, and confidence in your life.
When appropriate, I draw from DBT, Feminist theory, Health Liberation Framework and Strength-based practice to support your goals. I’ve worked in a variety of settings including a college counseling center and a large outpatient primary care clinic.
Currently I enjoy working with women, people in the queer and trans community, people who have experienced birth trauma or complications, and survivors of recent sexual assaults.

I strive to center my client’s agency throughout the therapeutic process and that includes how and when we discuss politics, power, identities, and our own relationship dynamics. I believe that systemic oppression and power structures impact our individual healing journeys. The therapeutic space is not immune to the power dynamics of the world around us. I believe there is healing in naming this reality. I’ll let you set the pace as I welcome these conversations into our therapeutic relationship.
